News and Events: Graduation and Vocations

This week our 8th grade students will graduate.  They are looking forward to having a relaxing summer and moving on to the next step in their educational journey.  We have been privileged to be able to help them learn not only reading, writing and math, but also to help them deepen their faith.  They and their families have become a part of our lives. Some of the students have been with Saint Joseph Academy since their pre-school days! They have grown up in so many ways during their time with us.

At the end of the week, we are sponsoring  a "Called to Love" vocation retreat.  This retreat is open to women from the ages of 18-30.  We have 7 women coming from all over the country.. They will spend time praying with us and learning about religious life.  These women are looking for God's will in their lives.  They are willing to spend some time away from their busy lives to be silent and prayerful so they can listen to God's will. They will not only have time for prayer but also time to work with the sisters, play with us and learn about our day.  They will also spend some time with the Passionist Nuns in Erlanger to learn about the Cloister vocation.

Just like our 8th grade students, these women are looking forward to follow God's will in their lives. Please pray for  our students and the women on the Called to Love Retreat.
